Knocknagoshel Shooting Grounds is composed of many facilities. The Grounds consists of 4 all weather covered layouts that accommodate the of Down the Line (DTL), Ball Trap, Olympic Trap, Universal Trench, Double Trap, National and Olympic Skeet and Compac Sporting. There is a new 10 stand sporting layout that is operated by a card system for solo use also.The site also includes numerous car parks.

A new dedicated archery layout is available and is a great introduction to shooitng sports and those less enthusiastic about the use of live guns. The new 50 metre indoor range under construction and will be available hopefully in 2013.

Knocknagoshel Shooting Grounds recently renovated The Shooting Ground Club House. The newly improved Club House has all modern facilities, to include vending machines, television, radio and toilets. The Club House seats 40 people comfortably.

Knocknagoshel Shooting Grounds is home to one of the largest selection of shotguns, rifles, air rifles, ammunition and gun & game accessories.

 

Improved Facilities
The newly improved Gun Shop hosts one of the finest selections of shotguns and rifles in the country. The refurbished club house is now a welcome place to rest, acquire new friendships and share experiences over a cup of tea in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

 

The Grounds Expansion Programme
Exciting times ahead with two year expansion programme just started. This programme will bring two new Olympic traps, skeet ranges with a full sporting range. The Shooting Grounds will also be introducing a small bore rifle range accompanied with an archery layout all enclosed from weather conditions.
